Singapore runs one of the densest corporate event calendars in Asia. Dinner and Dance season fills the last quarter, weddings run all year, and roadshows and brand activations fill the malls, the Expo halls and the ballrooms around Marina Bay. A photobooth sits on almost every event brief.
The problem for a vendor is that the classic instant-print booth is a commodity. Same camera, same backdrop, same props, same 3-hour rate, and the client picks the cheapest quote. Most packages include unlimited prints, a backdrop, props and an attendant. Check whether the quote includes GST. A GST-registered vendor adds 9% on top.
Take the middle of the D&D range, 750 SGD for 3 hours. Subtract the attendant, transport, print media and the hours spent on setup and teardown, and what is left is thin. Price competition happens on the base package. The margin lives in the tiers above it.
The AI tier, per event
Here is the arithmetic for a 100-photo event, which is a normal count for a 3-hour D&D booth with a 200 to 300 person crowd.

The second is a higher package that includes AI photos, priced above the standard 3-hour rate, and pitched to the client as the reason to pick you over the quote next to yours.

GST and invoicing
AI Photobooth is a software company in Lithuania, in the EU. For a business outside the EU, no VAT is charged. The invoice shows the EUR price and that is the price you pay. Your bank sets the conversion rate and any foreign card fee, so check your card terms.
On your side, nothing changes. If you are GST registered, you charge 9% GST on your own invoices to clients as usual. How you book an overseas software subscription in your GST return is a question for your accountant.
Hardware
The software runs on hardware you already own.

Venue internet
The AI runs in the cloud, so the booth needs internet. Hotel ballrooms, Suntec, the Expo and the Marina Bay venues usually have WiFi that copes: the booth uploads one photo and downloads one result per guest, which is small traffic. Carry a 5G hotspot as backup. Mobile coverage in Singapore is good enough that the hotspot alone can run an event if the venue WiFi asks for a captive portal login every hour.
